Pick a theme and design your basket around it, such as Movie Night, Sports, Kids Art, Gift Cards, Spa Day, Gourmet, etc. (Please no alcohol/wine baskets).
Place your items in a basket or a decorated low sided box.
Wrap your gift basket in clear cellophane to secure your items.
Attach your donation form. (forms will be in school office)
Bring your basket to the school office by Tuesday, September 10th.
